Submit Your Project Drawings
Send us your construction documents via our quote request form or email. We accept PDF, DWG, Revit, and most common formats. Include any addenda, specifications, or scope clarifications you have.

Quantity Takeoff & Material Pricing
We perform a detailed digital takeoff of all plumbing systems shown in the drawings. Pipe footage, fittings, fixtures, valves, hangers, and specialty equipment are counted and measured from the plans.

Material Pricing Applied
Material pricing is sourced from current supplier and vendor quotes wherever possible. Where live quotes are not available, we apply clearly labelled allowances based on recent market data — you always know which line items carry an allowance versus a firm price.

Labour & Overhead (If Requested)

Deliverable Sent to You

Basis of Estimate Notes
Documents the pricing methodology used — which line items carry supplier quotes, which carry allowances, and the source of any labour productivity rates applied.
Turnaround Times

Pricing Methodology
We do not apply a single national average to your project. Material pricing is sourced from current supplier quotes, distributor pricing, and recent project data relevant to your region and project type. Where a live quote is not available, we apply an allowance — and we label it clearly so you know exactly where the uncertainty sits. Labour rates reflect current union and open-shop productivity data for the applicable trade and region, including prevailing wage schedules where required.
